Nero is Shin's brother. He's a runaway, he escaped from the madhouse where he was imprisoned because of his behaviour. He hates his brother Shin for reasons only he knows. He doesn't wear any clothes, except for a cape like his brother, because he wants to appear like him but opposite at the same time. He also has a chain on his wrist, it's a gift he took from the madhouse where he escaped from.
